IMAC Services
IMAC stands for Installations, Moves, Add-ons, and Changes. These services include hardware installations, relocations, upgrades, and modifications of IT equipment (such as printers, PCs, scanners, servers, etc.) from most manufacturers, as well as services related to the devices' operating systems.

IMAC services are ideal for companies and organizations that are:
  • Relocating their offices
  • Changing workstations within the company
  • Installing new hardware or software
  • Upgrading existing hardware or software
IMAC services do not end with the execution and delivery of the project. The project is considered complete only when CPI’s experts ensure that the proposed solution has been fully integrated into the company’s operations. Upon completion of the installation, CPI's technical department provides a certificate of proper installation and operation, including a detailed report of all completed tasks. Additionally, when required, user or IT department training is also offered.

Why should a business outsource IMAC services?
  • The company does not have an internal IT department
  • To prevent overburdening the existing IT team with tasks outside their core responsibilities
  • To benefit from specialized technical expertise for each situation
  • To ensure the fastest possible implementation time
  • To reduce and better control overall costs compared to assigning the project to a non-specialized internal IT team
